GEAP Program – Guru Early Access Program

GEAP – Guru Early Access Program

Pronunciation /jēp/

Using the GEAP program, you can enroll in my online courses as I develop them. One of my goals in building the Springframwork.guru web site is to create the best online tutorails for the Spring Framework available in the marketplace.

I offer my courses in the GEAP program to students at a substantial discount. This a great opportunity for students to save significantly. In return, I expect students to provide feedback as I complete development of the course. I hope this interaction will help me develop a higher quality course.

Benefits

  • Substantial savings to the student
  • Continued course access to final product.
  • Allows students to provide their feedback and influence the final project.

Expectations

  • Actually take the course!
  • Ask questions
  • Send feedback – good or bad!

Why not make it free? Oddly research shows people you pay for a course are more engaged in the course. If you have no skin in the game, you have no motivation to participate.

Hello John. How does one sign up for courses via the GEAP. Certainly sounds interesting.

To add to my original question: Is there a non-GEAP variant of the course as well?

This is a pricing option I use for my courses while they are under development. Once I’ve completed developing a course, the GEAP program ends.

The only course this is currently available for is Spring Core Dev Ops, and the Spring Core Ultimate Bundle.
